I received this stroller as a shower gift, and was thrilled at first. It comes with all the accessories: a warm foot muff (which is more like a baby bag, if you ask me), 4 different season pads, a rain cover, a blanket with stroller attachments (so that it doesn't fly away), an infant head support, and a travel bag. The stroller is very light, and easy to fold/unfold. I was disappointed when I saw that the warm foot muff had a broken zipper, which made it unusable in the winter. I was even further disappointed when I saw that the stroller does NOT recline! Maybe only 15 degrees - that's all! Having learned from my older daughter, I knew this would be an inconvenience (even older babies sleep in stroller, and you'd want them fully reclined), but I decided to keep it anyway, ONLY if I could find a replacement foot muff. So I emailed Maclaren, MANY many times, asking them to send me a muff. I thought this would be easy. Most companies take their customer service seriously. Maclaren took me through a ringer of requests, first asking for the codes from the box, then for a copy of the receipt. Since this was a present, I do not have the receipt, and was trying to explain the situation to the customer service rep. I haven't heard back from Maclaren in almost a month, and I am going to try to return the stroller for store credit, or worst case, sell second-hand for a fraction of the price. I expected more from Maclaren!
Do not buy... You will never be able to get through to customer service if you have any problems whatsoever.
I am only giving this stroller 2 stars because it is so light and folds easily. That's all.
